The workbook includes two different weekly timecard templates (on separate worksheets). This enables you to have the option of entering hours in decimal or hourly [h]:mm format. We have also included the Settings worksheet that lets you set up your company information displayed on both time cards at once. This project-based timecard provides an option for recording sick leave, personal leave, vacation and holiday hours in addition to the regular and overtime hours. It calculates total hours grouped by each day of the week and task (project).
Depending on how you would like to use this template, you have several options for submitting your time card. You can print out a blank timecard to paper, then fill out and give it to your employer, or you can also email a completed timecard in PDF form or as a spreadsheet.
