I have created these Invoice Templates for Microsoft Word specifically for people who do not have Excel or prefer to use Word instead of Excel.
The two invoice templates on this page are much the same. However, one version is theme enabled, allowing you to quickly match it to your corporate color scheme, while the other one is designed in the ink-friendly black and white format. To select a color scheme in the theme enabled template, go to the Design > Themes and choose the desired theme from the list.

Description
After you download this template, you can quickly update your company information in the upper right corner then save a master copy with an easily identifiable filename like invoice_masterfile.docx or similar. If you do not have too many clients, you may want to consider an option for creating a master copy of the file with added client information for every client. Save your client master file and change the filename to something like clientname_invoice_masterfile.docx or any other name structure that'd make sense to you.
To create a new invoice, make a copy of the master file then change the filename so that it contains your invoice number like so 12345_customername.docx or something that'd make more sense to you.
Having invoice numbers in the file name structure helps with the sorting of your invoices inside the directory and makes it easier to identify your invoices when needed.

Description
This version is almost identical to the bold version of the invoice template above on this page. I've designed it in a way to save some ink when printing to a paper. Rarely, but when you need to send a paper invoice to a client, you could use this version for printing your invoices.
